Right off the bat this umbrella seems great. Super cute solar lights.....two weeks later the material is falling apart!! The sems are coming unraveled. I am having to sew the sems. The areas around the prongs where the material is sewn is ripping at EVERY single sem. You can see light through all of them. At this rate I would be shocked if it lasted even the summer.

Just had it less than a month, and the solar panel is under direct sun. I only turned it on a couple of nights, and it was nice when it worked. But now the lights don't turn on. Missed the return window by one day.

On just opening the box the fabric struck me as very much on the cheap side. Bummer. This is what kills the life of an outdoor umbrella. Also fabric edging on the top frayed and top opening just cut, no reinforcement.Pole and ribs seem good. Been cloudy here (WI) so have not been able to check out the lights (which I am excited about and why I decided to go with this umbrella.

Great umbrella! The solar lights are on the blueish side but do cast a nice glow to sit under and converse. The small on and off switch is a nice feature and the light beige color is more off white which is what I wanted. It is a very nice white. It also seems to be pretty durable as mine blew over in some heavy winds and survived unscathed.

Since day one.We have a similar umbrella, adjacent to this one, purchased from a local big box retailer for a little more cost, and it’s 200 times better than this piece of junk.Our other lighted umbrella purchased at the big box store has beautiful natural white LED lighting. The one reviewed here has that terrible, bluish super white and very dated and poor quality LED technology, and it’s incredibly dim compared to the other one.I am going to trash this noisy, floppy piece of junk and purchase another big box model which is solid as a rock.Caveat emptor.

Out of the box impressed! Didn’t feel this woul likely be a top grade umbrella given the price but I must say I think I stand corrected. The actual canopy material is much thinner than the one I paid about 4 times as much for but I have to say the pole is much better and that’s what I needed most. My pole had the tilt pin break out during a bad storm so I just needed the rod to replace the broken one but I’m so impressed that I’m going to use it as new out of the box and if the canopy fades I’ll just switch them out at that time. I think anyone would be very pleased with this at this price! If not, you must be difficult to please. just my honest opinion. The solar lights even worked right out of the box and the umbrella was neatly packaged with extra care to ensure mint condition on delivery!Ps.... it is a true burgundy/wine. Not red at all.

I originally got this I thought it was a little expensive being $100 for an umbrella but I want to want to have solar lights unfortunately they do not turn on by themselves there’s a switch. I’ve had it for over a month so now I can’t return it and the lights don’t work anymore. I would’ve gotten any other umbrella if I had the option that I knew the lights for going to break. I think that it looks fabulous but it won’t last long and it’s only been in the sun for a month. Very happy with purchase! Item shipped WAY quicker than anticipated- delivery date initially said 1mo out (suspect it was to ship from China) but ended up receiving item in less than a week. Very pleasant surprise! Initially received wrong tracking number so item showed it was delivered to another state. Contacted seller and they responded the same day with correct tracking number for my product. Lights turned on upon arrival- will update after some use so as to speak to durability and longevity of umbrella and lights, but upon arrival happy with product and customer service!

I absolutely LOVED this umbrella. Perfect size, perfect color! When this umbrella was assembled someone riveted the the pulley on, with the rope going “under” the pulley instead of “over” the pulley as it should. It left the rope to rub on the sharp edge as it cranked up and down. I emailed the company as the instructions ask you to do, if there were any issues. They never responded. I was hoping there was an easy fix. Now, I’m having to return my beautiful umbrella, reorder the umbrella, and wait WEEKS for a new one. I also ordered the extra protection plan this time. Had the company got back to me and worked it out, I would have given this 5 stars. It’s upsetting that I have to wait so long for another umbrella to come. The reason I recorded it, instead of just exchanging it, is because I wanted to add the protection plan. That could have also maybe been worked out with the company if they had responded to me. I’ll write another review when the next one arrives.

I wish I could give this product 4.5 stars (or even 5 stars if it would get as much attention for the slight detractors it has) because it really is a great product and great value for the price.The 7.5' umbrella is a great size on our smaller size patio and the green color is lovely and feels true to what we saw in the pictures. The angle feature works easily and feels sturdy as it latches into place when straight upright or tilted in either direction. We haven't had much wind in our area since having it so I don't know about how well it stands up to that yet.We're very picky about the tone of light in our home (prefer warm light to white light) and were concerned about the LED lights being too blue, but they turned out to be perfect. They illuminate everything in a soft and even blue glow that feels more like moon or starlight than your typical bright and harsh LED blue light. Pictures attached for brightness reference.The crank function to open and close the umbrella works well but is the only reason I did detract 1 star. When opening the umbrella, the rope which moves the umbrella support catches slightly on the button which tilts the umbrella. Only a slight annoyance and easily fixed once we figured it out. When closing the umbrella though, the rope seems to have been coiling back on itself (inside of the umbrella shaft) if we don't help to move the support down by hand as we continue to crank the umbrella down. Again, only a slight annoyance once we figured it out but it stands worth mentioning for anyone shopping for a new umbrella (and hopefully save some confusion and having to figure it out on your own for anyone who does choose this umbrella). It would also be nice if it came with a cover for storage, but I'm sure we can find something that will fit/work for it.I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this umbrella. I assembled it with three clicks, and now my humble urban balcony is a delightful tiki jungle resort. The umbrella is incredibly sturdy (I didn’t buy a stand for it, btw; I just stuck it through the hole in my patio table into a planter pot) and looks just as good as, if not better than, umbrellas folks pay hundreds for. The color (I got the burgundy) is bold and true to the photo. And the solar lights are long-lasting and impressively bright. Super easy and sturdy crank. Durable velcro closure with just one wrap-around. And the stand TILTS!Props, also, to the reviewer here who noted that the solar mechanism is packed in the bottom of the box. That probably saved me a good 10 minutes of puzzling.Absolutely 1000000% recommend this product. It’s not just good for the price—it’s worth every penny I paid and more.

Box arrived, we set it up, all quite easy.Put it outside through the center of the table & locked it in place.LED's work well, its construction is fairly sturdy, BUT..... the lovely forest green umbrella we purchasedfaded to pale blue within 20 days & continues to do so. I suspect by the end of summer it will be very close towhite.For this reason alone I don't recommend it even though it is well built.I'll give it 2 stars simply because the LED's work it charges up well & is fairly solid construction, not at all worth what they are asking for it price wise.Just for comparison our supermarket 39$ umbrella didn't fade until halfway through its second summer.But 20 Days??, that's just pure BS!!!If aesthetics count for you don't touch this thing with a barge pole....If it were priced at say, $39.99 might be worth it otherwise keep scrolling & searching. Good luck!UPDATE:1 LED's stopped working several weeks ago2 The crank cord for raising & lowering the umbrella snapped. So we got this one because we did not want to spend too much, and end up with the wrong size or one that only lasted for one year and have to buy again. We have been pleasantly surprised. The crank up/down mechanism seems much more sturdy that we expected given the cost. The material is thick enough to hold out the sun during our Florida early summer heat---it's been over 90 several days already. We store it in the down position, but sitting in our umbrella stand outside on the porch in the sun.I'd recommend this one to anyone. Right now, I think we are going to get multiple years out of it--I don't see any wear on it at all and we've been using it for a couple months or so, but only crank it up/down every couple of weeks so far given the weather. It seems to be an inch or two smaller than advertised in diameter, but it works for the space. There is a stop to keep you from cranking it too high--seems nothing will happen to that. My guess is that the first thing to go will be whatever is inside that pulls it up, but you can't see that. The pole itself looks nice and classy enough to pass by anywhere. It fits inside our standard diameter umbrella stand.

We ordered this umbrella on July 1st, and less than 3 weeks later it's broken in half. The umbrella itself is in great condition, and the lights work. There is a small metal "button" where the upper and lower half of the umbrella pole connects, and that little metal button broke. I don't know if this is normal for others or just a faulty umbrella. Otherwise, the solar panel is fine and the button to turn the lights on and off works great, the color is a pretty summer aqua that looks great. Just need to get a better way to attach both ends of this umbrella pole together.

This umbrella exceeds my expectations! It actually looks like it was meant to go with my patio set. i waited til dusk to show you the lights. The top has small wind vents which I didn’t see in the description, so that’s a nice plus! The fabric is textured and very nice. The mechanism to raise and lower the umbrella works smoothly. 7-25-21 Revision:Bluu contacted me and did in fact say they would replace the umbrella. I can say that I was very pleased that they reached out and corrected the issue. Thank you Blue for the replacement - very nice.____Item is not bad, if you manage to get one that works out of the box. I should have opted for the full replacement, instead I picked the lights to exchange that did not work, problem here is that the lights are single leds that light up a light bar and in my case two of the lights were not connected at all, sounds small, but the led 'plug' was further up the slot and was not easy to get to. I ended up having to bend the end of a coat hanger at 1/8 inch in order to 'grab' the plug and pull it down to re-connect. Over all, the lightening is good, but the item is rather cheaply made. Still considering returning as all the extra effort to get all the lights working.

This umbrella was very easy to assemble and I loved the color…..BUT, one of the LED lights was out once we allowed it to charge for a day and test it. I followed the manufacturer manual that suggested you should text them to get replacement or fix. I got a response asking for pictures which I sent. After that, nothing. The other issue, as I now see on several other reviews, is the very shabby material. The fabric was frayed in multiple spots. This company obviously does not stand behind their product. There are 20 other companies on here selling very similar umbrellas. I would try your luck with them. This product and company is garbage.Update: I finally got a replacement umbrella and this one was worse than the original. The company ended up refunding me and we’ve moved on. I stand by the fact that the product is garbage, but their customer service finally stepped up. Therefore I added a star to my review.

This patio umbrella is great. I was a little concerned about ordering one online without touching it or verifying the quality; however, I was not disappointed. We open, tilt, rotate and close it every single day and it is proving to be a wise choice indeed. Opted to be bold and go for the green color... it's a little brighter than advertised, but it looks very nice and I'm truly pleased. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

LOVED the color (to replace an umbrella that the north winds murdered), and it's only up a few days...(I'll update as needed) but wanted to get this review out there.It's sturdy enough (remember our north MA winds?), but I have no idea how long it will last. Waiting to see. We do put it in basement in our winters, so that can't hurt!BUT had to reduce my rating, when the umbrella's crank got stiffer and stiffer and...even my husband has issues with it. So now I had to reduce my rating to what I see is a growing issue.AND then the company reached out to me to ask about my crank problem. They advised me, that though these are tested...sometimes things happen. Could they replace it? Well, yes please AND low and behold...the replacement is PERFECT. So there we go. Off to the races, well, onto the patio under the lovely lime green umbrella.

I just put up this umbrella on my backyard deck this evening. The solar circle that goes on top of the umbrella easily snaps in place. The lights under the umbrella are pretty. I bought this umbrella to tilt into the westward sun late in the day. By the time I had installed it I could see if it was blocking the sun properly and it was. It is a nice large umbrella and the crank handle easily opens up the canopy. However the umbrella does twist a little bit in the wind given the size of the canopy. There is a gentle breeze blowing this evening with some gusts but not too bad. I wish the upper mechanism that holds the canopy in place didn’t spin in the wind. As it is it might be OK. I will update my review in the next day or two once I’ve had a chance to use the umbrella for a few days.Edit: I had to mount the back of the mounting bracket directly to a 4 x 4 upright on my deck because the spindle was too narrow and flexible and I was afraid it might break. When I unscrewed the wing nuts from the bolt I noticed rust. I was hoping the bolts would have been galvanized.I also noticed that when there is more than a slight breeze that the top canopy of this umbrella swivels somewhat. So far it hasn’t broken but it does swivel around the centerpoint by more than a few degrees in each direction. I appreciate that this umbrella is very lightweight so it makes tilting the umbrella up and down very easy.Edit 8-20-19 We had a few heavy gusts of wind blow through recently and I was not home to put the umbrella down. These were not storm level wins but more around 12 to 15 mph with gusts slightly higher. One of the supporting ribs detached from the umbrella center point. When the umbrella is fully open it looks like that rib is bent. I have to see if it’s easy to re-insert. If you live near a windy area I would suggest an alternative to this umbrella. Otherwise it’s been working fine and providing a nice shady spot.Edit: June 2020. The umbrella has been out for almost 2 months for the second summer now. The umbrella fabric now has several holes in it. It looks like it has failed in the direct sun.

This is high quality construction and easy to use. The pole is made of a strong metal but THE POLE is just tiny bit TOO BIG for 1.5" holders that are not adjustable and/or made for 1.5" or smaller poles. Easy-to-use would seem redundant but I've examined other market umbrellas and some are oddly difficult to open, tilt and or/lock into the open position and the AOK market umbrella does each of these as easily as one would expect. Early reviewer status means that I rec'd a $3 credit AFTER I'd reviewed this. I HOPE YOU FOUND THIS HELPFUL!

Very disappointed in the quality. We had an umbrella for our patio furniture that was 5 yrs old and we only replaced it because the material looked so worn. We thought we’d try out a different shape (rectangle instead of round) and thought this was a good choice. We bought March 2020 but due to COVID we didn’t put it up since we weren’t having company. Finally put it out about 2 weeks ago and it already broke. And not just broke, the pole just bent over completely and the metal pieces broke off. Unfortunately since we bought it last year it isn’t under and warranty or anything. Don’t waste your money

I was so happy to find a gray umbrella, because they are hard to find. I was happy to see that the umbrella was also fairly inexpensive. Well, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Yes, it was assembled, right out of the box. I already had a base. (It does not come with one) It cranked open smoothly, and looked pretty for about two hours. A wind of no more than 5mph (I checked the Weather channel) came through the yard, and the umbrella broke apart like it was made of toothpicks. I was so disappointed. Especially since I was in the middle of entertaining outside, that day. Spend a little extra and get a quality umbrella.

The media could not be loaded. My old umbrella ripped and was pretty old, where I found this one, square design and lights was exactly the thing and had to get it. I was not disappointed, this umbrella works great. First off, easy one two piece out of the box, the whole umbrella and a sleeve that goes from the umbrella to a stand. Thirty seconds later it was together and working including the lights. Secondly, it is really well made, good cloth, very heavy duty frame and rolls up and down easily too. The one button tilt is really nice for cutting out the light when the sun comes up in the morning. Lastly, it is solid, however, light enough to take down and put away for the winter without busting my back. I really like that where I like to keep everything put away during the winter to keep my outdoor yard furniture safe. No cons, it really worked out great for me, where I am very happy with the purchase.

I am reviewing:ABCCANOPY 9' diameter, Patio, Table, Market, Umbrella with 8 Ribs, Push Button Tilt, and Turquoise Canopy for Garden, Deck, Backyard, and Pool. Purchase price $42.95So far, I am very pleased. The umbrella arrived well packed with the carton intact. (Amazon driver said he left in the mailbox 🤣 I don’t think so.) I hefted it to the backyard where it was very easy to unpack though I was surprised at how heavy it was. It is much sturdier and heavier than the one I replaced. The pole is bigger. I had to switch umbrella stands because it did not fit in the one I was using with the old umbrella.The umbrella is 8’ tall including the finial. The The two pole pieces fit together easily but snuggly. The crank mechanism worked beautifully. I like the 8 sturdy metal ribs that spread the canopy very nicely. The height beneath the tip of the ribs when fully open is 6’3”. The canopy is beautiful. It’s thick enough for my needs in a California beach town. There is an attached tie to secure the canopy when closed.The tilt mechanism worked well once I realized you have to wiggle it into the exact right position before you can push the button. I’m a little worried about the reviews that say their umbrella snapped at the tilt mechanism. I’m hoping they were not reviewing this model. This one does not look like it will do that, but I may just have to commit to lowering the canopy whenever I go inside for the day.Now I just have to wait for the solar lights I purchased to arrive. If anything untoward happens, I will add an update.

If you're like me and compared about 5 similar solar umbrellas, the Flame & Shade is the winner! Why? It's the only one I found with 2 individual light systems, not only the dotted LEDs. It has 2 light switches: 1 for the dotted LEDs, which creates a surprising amount of warm light (not blueish, almost yellow); and 1 for a center lamp of the same tone which basically doubles the amount of light and could be helpful for dinner at night. You can use either lights or both. The umbrella itself is the perfect size (7.5 ft) for my small patio.4 out of 5 stars for sturdiness, only because the fabric is kind of soft, so it's not a heavy-duty umbrella, but it gets the job done for shade and rain. And the center light piece feels a bit plastic-ey, but it works fine. The umbrella is lightweight and easy to open and close. The pole is a nice dark brown/copper color and is sturdy. Make sure to use at least 30lbs weighted base if going through a table, more if free standing. The red is a solid shade of red, not too dark or bright. Included Velcro straps make it easy to close up.I've only been able to use the lights at night a couple of times, but each night they held a solid charge and didn't flicker the whole time I was outside, maybe 2 or 3 hours. It creates a great atmosphere, especially if your area doesn't already have lights there.Another reason Flame & Shade is the winner: I've already experienced excellent customer service. The first umbrella I ordered arrived with a small hole in the fabric. They sent a new replacement umbrella within a week, no hassle. Hot August Nights are upon us. I purchased this patio umbrella, because it had the lighted underside. Living in Southern California, it was a no-brainer as this umbrella is equipped with a solar panel on top to power the LED lights. The assembly of this was super easy, the hardest part was unpacking the box. Instructions are easy to follow and I had it fully assembled and installed in 10 minutes. After a couple of hours, I put the shade up to test the lights and they worked like a charm. The lights are not super bright for reading but they do illuminate the space well for ambiance. The price point is right on target.We absolutely love this umbrella. It's stylish, fits our back patio and the quality is top notch. I would recommend this Patio Umbrella for anyone looking for one that will provide evening lights.

This large umbrella worked great for me over the summer. Unfortunately, we had some incredibly windy days which pulled the umbrella right out of the holder and threw it across the yard. When I picked it up, on of the supports was totally bent, and when I tried to bend it back to shape, it snapped the metal.I LOVED having this umbrella and received a ton of compliments over the summer when guests would come over. The solar lights are super bright and last all night, so we hardly ever used any other lighting on our porch aside from this umbrella. I wish it was able to take a bit more of a beating, but the solar function is incredible.

We have a smaller deck, 10 x 10 and I was concerned this would be too big for the space, it is perfect. Shopped and looked at Sunbrella fabrics as wanted high quality fabric that doesn't look cheap, have had this out on our full sun from 9am to 3 pm deck, no fading so far, has weathered a couple good storms. we have ours in a small side table I also ordered and love from here on Amazon with 3 heavy cement patio pavers inside the side table. The umbrella has a tilt crank which is nice quality - darker, brown or matte like oil rubbed bronze which also matches the table I purchased. It is solar powered, has light strips inside/under part of umbrella and a ring light - can have one on or both, nice flip switch on under part of umbrella, need to make sure you have switch off during day so it charges, then has nice warmer lights for at night. Very happy so far with this purchase and would buy again! Also shipped fast through Amazon Prime, even during covid. another mention, the diameter of umbrella pole is perfect fit with table and underneath our side table top we are able to tighten the umbrella to help secure it from shifting. Has small vents on very top near solar charging plate. Love the Navy color!

Seems very sturdy. Plenty of shade. Crank mechanism works fine. Lights are indeed warm white and the solar charge lasts for hours.Took one star off because the bright aqua blue has faded SO much, it's now ice blue. It's only been up for 5 weeks or so!

i ordered these in various sizes for my yard. Initially I liked them. They arrived on time, were easy to assemble and looked good. It's now been a year and they are breaking even though I lower them in the wind and take them in when it rained. (rare here in San Diego). The positive is that they were inexpensive so I guess you get what you pay for.

Replaced a faded umbrella with this new lighted umbrella. While the material is a bit thinner than the one it replaced, but still effective. The hardware seems pretty sturdy, but only time will tell regarding longevity. The lights cast a nice glow to eat by, which is exactly what we were looking for. Assembly was very easy, and the solar panel was already connected, so not much to do with that. Item arrived earlier than Amazon said it would (2 days after ordering, and this item was not prime eligible). Minor issue with a small plastic ring that got cracked, likely in shipping. Contacting their service team via Amazon was quick and easy, and they resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

Love my new patio umbrella. The color is amazing and the led lights gave a perfect soft glow. I would recommend this product. Came in record time too!Added September 26th.I still love the umbrella. It’s sturdy and the LED lights work really well. On the downside, with a lot of sun exposure, the color changed from a rich red to a light rose pink in about 2 months. Doesn’t match my color theme at but I’m still using it. When I purchased the umbrella in early May it was $79.99 so a better deal now if you have to deal with the color fading.

Better than expected each led has a clear round protruding lens 4 led lights per umbrella rib there's a total of 32 leds.The crank is chrome plated and works well, also has a tilt so in the daylight you can chase the sunlight for the best possible charge.To day had 35 mph gust umbrella is fine sits in a heavy wooden table with a concert base color of umbrella looks great.All led's work fine battery charged well, packaging was perfect also came with a manual instructions didn't need but cool to receive, when or if this umbrella goes on sale I would like to purchase another as a back up. A couple of these umbrellas would light a patio nicely.I give this umbrella thumbs up way up !

This is the brightest orange I have seen...it did not appear that orange in the picture. It is also not as heavy a fabric as the umbrella we are replacing...so more light comes through. The lights are nice when it gets dark outside! A few days after receiving this our other orange table umbrella crank broke...if I had know that would have happened I would have chosen another color!

Purchased the end of May. just after the Amazon return window closed, I noticed the umbrella was not lighting. I had barely used it. When I opened the solar cell containing the batteries, I found that rainwater leaked in. The whole thing has rusted out. This is unacceptable poor quality. Now the lights are useless.

Box arrived, we set it up, all quite easy.Put it outside through the center of the table & locked it in place.LED's work well, its construction is fairly sturdy, BUT..... the lovely forest green umbrella we purchasedfaded to pale blue within 20 days & continues to do so. I suspect by the end of summer it will be very close towhite.For this reason alone I don't recommend it even though it is well built.I'll give it 2 stars simply because the LED's work it charges up well & is fairly solid construction, not at all worth what they are asking for it price wise.Just for comparison our supermarket 39$ umbrella didn't fade until halfway through its second summer.But 20 Days??, that's just pure BS!!!If aesthetics count for you don't touch this thing with a barge pole....If it were priced at say, $39.99 might be worth it otherwise keep scrolling & searching. Good luck!UPDATE:1 LED's stopped working several weeks ago2 The crank cord for raising & lowering the umbrella snapped. Took it to local guy who specializes in fixing these things & other expensive patio items. So we got this one because we did not want to spend too much, and end up with the wrong size or one that only lasted for one year and have to buy again. We have been pleasantly surprised. The crank up/down mechanism seems much more sturdy that we expected given the cost. The material is thick enough to hold out the sun during our Florida early summer heat---it's been over 90 several days already. We store it in the down position, but sitting in our umbrella stand outside on the porch in the sun.I'd recommend this one to anyone. Right now, I think we are going to get multiple years out of it--I don't see any wear on it at all and we've been using it for a couple months or so, but only crank it up/down every couple of weeks so far given the weather. It seems to be an inch or two smaller than advertised in diameter, but it works for the space. There is a stop to keep you from cranking it too high--seems nothing will happen to that. My guess is that the first thing to go will be whatever is inside that pulls it up, but you can't see that. The pole itself looks nice and classy enough to pass by anywhere. It fits inside our standard diameter umbrella stand.

We ordered this umbrella on July 1st, and less than 3 weeks later it's broken in half. The umbrella itself is in great condition, and the lights work. There is a small metal "button" where the upper and lower half of the umbrella pole connects, and that little metal button broke. I don't know if this is normal for others or just a faulty umbrella. Otherwise, the solar panel is fine and the button to turn the lights on and off works great, the color is a pretty summer aqua that looks great. Just need to get a better way to attach both ends of this umbrella pole together.

I am very happy with my new patio umbrella. I love that the lights are solar powered, there are no cords to trip over. The lights are nice and bright, allowing my family to enjoy our time on the patio late into the evening. The fabric is thick and good quality. The crank is easy to use. I like the umbrella. However, I already had to order a replacement because the lights didn't work on the first one.... guess what the lights don't work on the Replacement either. I am very disappointed about this product because we had only used the lights at night time twice, on the third time they didn't work!The main reason for purchasing this umbrella was to use the lights at night time now that the weather is cooler. Now they are not turning on.REVIEW UPDATE:I was contacted by the seller and was informed about a faulty batch of lights that were installed on the umbrellas by her supplier due to a QQ mistake; she offered to send me a new umbrella which she promptly did.The lights are working great this time and am sure that we will be enjoying our patio more often at night time.I am very impressed with the seller's customer service.I highly recommend this umbrella and the seller who stands behind the product!

The umbrella is good for the price, the light switch is loose and is not very firm. I ordered the umbrella with the base and the base was not delivered but once I put an inquiry they responded promptly and shipped the base. Great customer service
