After reading a few of the articles on this blog, I realized that I was in need of some new patio furniture. I had a small area that was in need of an extra seating option but wasn’t sure what to do with it. In the end, I decided to get a blue umbrella with solar lights. I thought it would be a great way to brighten up my little space at night when it gets dark outside so that my dog wouldn’t have to stay out on the patio for too long.

The media could not be loaded. I was nervous after reading several negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised upon its arrival. There were no broken parts and it was incredibly easy to assemble. We had it out of the box and assembled in under 5 minutes. We purchased a heavy base knowing how windy it can get on a daily basis and with that we have had no problems. We just roll it down when the wind gusts are over 20mph.We are pleased with our purchase and definitely feel that it was worth the money. If you too, are concerned by the negative reviews I would say give it a try. Be smart with your purchase, add a sturdy base and roll it down when it gets extra windy.

I got this several months ago and wanted to wait to see how it held up to the elements. I've been real pleased with the sturdiness of the product with the high winds I get, and even with summer's dust and pollen, the solar panel is still working to power the lights. The lights really give off an great, clear, but unobtrusive illumination. Sufficient to hang out with friends or read a book, not so bright as to annoy the neighbors. Only complaint is the fabric fades from too much direct sunlight. I bought the tan, so all shades of it are acceptable to my space.

We've only used this a few times. Today is not a particularly windy day but this umbrella's METAL snapped and shattered a pot with a 3 yr old gogi berry in it and hit my new arborvitae. Super upset right now and expect a refund or new one sent out asap. This umbrella already had a piece of plastic broken when it arrived that I should have told seller about. My mistake.

Regardless of the umbrella’s position (fully open and perpendicular to the ground or angled), I just discovered a severe crack in the hinge/joint where the vertical pole and the arched pole intersect. The crack is so bad it’s just a matter of time before it will be unusable. I am SO DISAPPOINTED! The hinge/joint is plastic - perhaps that’s the problem. I don't know, but a 10ft umbrella should have more robust parts! I purchased this in May - only lasted 2 months. Grrrr!!! I was disheartened that the manufacturer did not clearly advertise that the umbrella would not work until you bought the separate base.It took 8 days to get the umbrella. And it will take another 11 days to get the base. I find that shipping time to be ridiculous. I actually ordered the base on April 27, and it hasn’t even been shipped yet and today is May 4.

We had an issue with our umbrella the second use- the small plastic piece near the lock snapped. I reached out to the company to see if they could send a replacement part and explained it was an accident and how could we work together to fix it. I included a photo with my message and a few hours later I had a response from the company. They generously offered to send a new umbrella! Their customer service rep- I believe Jeremy was so understanding and went above and beyond my ask. The replacement umbrella arrives quickly so we can enjoy our outdoor patio all day long. I was so impressed with their customer service you just don’t see dedication to do right by the product and the consumer every day.The umbrella itself is very easy to set up. It’s a very heavy umbrella and may need two people to get it set up. The base can be used with several types of weights. I opted for a sand bag weight because the patio we have is stone and felt sand weights would work best. So far so good!

Every single one of our shade trees succumbed to a disaster called wood bore worms. Every tiny leaf perished at the wiggly wrath of worms. With no trees for shade, our backyard was at the mercy of full, hot, unadulterated, level 11 UV sunlight. Please understand that our UV rays go all the way up to 11. After sweltering beside the pool in this warm hell, some genius (me. Yes, as I recall it was me) declared necessary relief. Sweat beads dripped from our chins as we nodded in agreeance. We needed some shade. Isn't the word "agreeance" spelled peculiarly?Since we already had a table and set of chairs, we didn't need to purchase another table with the built in umbrella. We needed an independently standing structure and chose this product. Please be aware that this product includes the umbrella with an offset arm. The base must be purchased separately. More on that "laters", if you know what I mean. I embrace the term "Laters" myself as it feels light and airy and playful, while retaining it's grammatically incorrect intrigue. We chose a color matching our existing chairs.Fortunately there is another member of our household who realized that it's absolutely necessary to purchase a stand to support the umbrella. Imagine that. (That's the "laters" part). Had that realization not occurred, we would be sitting outside, under our Amazon purchased "wikiwiki Offset Umbrella 10 ft Cantilever Patio Umbrella Hanging Market Umbrella Outdoor Umbrella" while the 14 year old kid of ours failed at her attempt to wrestle the umbrella in the wind that is no longer broken by the trees that were eaten by bore worms. We saw all that coming so we purchased the bases. The base was sold separately in a set of four (about $80) which we filled with sand. Take our advice, and use a nice clean funnel to fill the bases with 40 pounds of sand each. Base weight with sand was sufficient to provide ample structure for the umbrella. We're still talking about the umbrella, right?I researched to find that for every 1 foot of umbrella, 10 pounds of support weight is necessary. Of course, we can argue physics all day but I'd rather not since I'm partial to chemistry. Apparently, under normal circumstances, one needs 10 pounds of base weight for 1 foot of umbrella circumference.

Received this umbrella and loved it, but like many others, our solar lights did not work. In spite of this, we loved the color and size so we ordered a 2nd umbrella to store. When the 2nd one was delivered there were instructions included, which were omitted from the 1st. The Instructions say to unscrew the solar panel on the top of the umbrella and insert the battery connector, which is just a plug, and replace the solar panel. Now the lights work. Hope this info is helpful.

I purchased the tan 10ft round umbrella over the summer, it had been holding up rather well, until I forget to close it during a recent thunderstorm. The wind picked it up about 2ft and then dropped it back down. When this happened, 3 of the clear caps fell off the lights and they stopped working. I emailed the company and asked if I could get a couple new caps, just to check if that was why it stopped working, but I didn’t expect anything because of all the reviews complaining about the company’s radio silence. I figured I’d give them a week to get back to me, then just use my old solar umbrella lights on it because the umbrella itself didn’t get hurt. I emailed on a Saturday afternoon, and Tuesday afternoon the UPS man is standing on my porch holding my replacement umbrella! I dug through my emails and found their response about wanting to make their customers happy, and that they were sorry for my inconvenience and wanted to make it right by sending me a new umbrella. Now I have 2 umbrellas, but I’ve contacted the local senior home, and I’m going to wire my spare solar lights onto the umbrella and donate it with some spare solar path lights placed into some tiki torches to their outdoor garden area.

Pay attention to the 1 star reviews, I wish I had. Almost all say the same thing that the joint that allows it to tilt to the side, breaks. I didn’t even open mine fully or try to tilt it before it completely broke under just the weight of the umbrella. Totally light weight plastic, worthless for a joint.Update: dealing with customer service has been a joke. Dropped off at a fedex with the preprinted label and waited 2 business weeks and heard nothing. Took two emails to get my refund after I got confirmation myself from fedex that it had a arrived and been signed for.

Great umbrella! The solar lights are on the blueish side but do cast a nice glow to sit under and converse. The small on and off switch is a nice feature and the light beige color is more off white which is what I wanted. It is a very nice white. It also seems to be pretty durable as mine blew over in some heavy winds and survived unscathed.

Since day one.We have a similar umbrella, adjacent to this one, purchased from a local big box retailer for a little more cost, and it’s 200 times better than this piece of junk.Our other lighted umbrella purchased at the big box store has beautiful natural white LED lighting. The one reviewed here has that terrible, bluish super white and very dated and poor quality LED technology, and it’s incredibly dim compared to the other one.I am going to trash this noisy, floppy piece of junk and purchase another big box model which is solid as a rock.Caveat emptor.

Out of the box impressed! Didn’t feel this woul likely be a top grade umbrella given the price but I must say I think I stand corrected. The actual canopy material is much thinner than the one I paid about 4 times as much for but I have to say the pole is much better and that’s what I needed most. My pole had the tilt pin break out during a bad storm so I just needed the rod to replace the broken one but I’m so impressed that I’m going to use it as new out of the box and if the canopy fades I’ll just switch them out at that time. I think anyone would be very pleased with this at this price! If not, you must be difficult to please. just my honest opinion. The solar lights even worked right out of the box and the umbrella was neatly packaged with extra care to ensure mint condition on delivery!Ps.... it is a true burgundy/wine. Not red at all.

This Treasure Garden umbrella is a fine product but only if you get the one treated with O'Bravia 2. I purchased a red umbrella from PatioLiving, and since the ship time was 4 weeks I decided to buy the same item on Amazon with the idea of keeping both. The one from Amazon came in a week and was treated with Obravia 2. The material was clearly treated and had a stiffness to it that I assume was the OBravia 2 coating. When the same item was delivered from PatioLiving I noticed that the material felt like new material without any coating. You could clearly see the sun thru the material unlike the Amazon one (see the pictures). When I read the PatioLiving umbrella label, it indicated O'bravia and NOT O'bravia 2. In fact there did't seem to be any treatment on the material at all. Also the ties on the PatioLiving version were much shorter and impossible to do a bow-tie. The Amazon Treasure Garden umbrella was the same price. I contacted PatioLiving about this and so far after 3+ weeks they have not offered me a full refund or a replacement with O'Bravia 2. If I hadn't purchase the same item on Amazon, it would not have been so clear that I received a substandard product from PatioLiving. Buy this item here on Amazon. They clearly indicate that it is Obravia 2 and you know what you are paying for.

One of these broke within a week of use. The old ones we had lasted 5 years, these are very expensive to be faulty like this. An arm broke, and a part fell out that belonged to the tilting mechanism. Waiting to hear back a bout a refund or replacement. Very disappointed.

So instead of getting the typical $120 Amazon umbrella that I have to replace every year, I decided to splurge on this one hoping it won't fade in the So-Cal sun. There is a 3-year warranty on the canopy, so we'll see. It's beautifully made and is very good quality thick canvas. The quality is definitely noticeably different than the $120 ones I've been purchasing. The auto tilt works great, and it's the only way to go. I'll be updating if this fades, or doesn't stand up to wind without a doubt, but it appears to be very sturdy. The Forest Green is a beautiful deep dark green.

UPDATE: Still going strong! High winds yesterday took out my tiki umbrella, outside of my screened in patio, but the Blissun is still hanging in there. And the lights still work! Worth every penny!ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this rectangular umbrella to protect my new chair cushions. Setup was very easy and it has already withstood a day of pretty high winds here in Florida. I didn't even know I wanted one with lights already on it until I saw it! The solar lights were already charged when I received it and the switch is conveniently placed about a foot above the table level. I have attached photos from day and night but the lights at night are not as abnoxious as my camera made them appear. It is a more muted soft blue/white that adds a nice ambiance. I have had it for about a week now and I will update my review if it fails or doesn't hold up to our Florida weather.

This is one of the worst garden patio items I have ever purchased. I really can't understand how some companies can sell merchandise of such unworthy quality. I purchased this item made by Blissun and a matching Blissun sand or water-filled based and both items were of such inferior quality, right out of the box I considered them both defective. They would never withstand the slightest wind or any kind. I was amazed by such inferior quality and lack of attention to detail. This umbrella's material was terrible, thin, anemic in structure, and of such terrible weave, that the sun shined through all the imperfections in the material. The frame was so flimsy and weak with so many plastic parts, this would never withstand some a strong wind or the northern California heat over the course of only one summer. The string that pulls the umbrella open was mere twine. It would never last. The LEDs are a joke and offer no real light. They are only decorative and the handle assembly is plastic that would break or dry out from the heat of only one summer. The canopy was off center and skewed and the tubes at the handle assembly was skewed and off center, as well, making the umbrella look as though it was rickety as it actually was in reality. I would call this a toy, but I don't want to denigrate toys. Just avoid anything made by Blissun. There is no quality control to any of their products.

Edited review, after purchase of second unit.We left to run a quick errand, didn't close the umbrella. Out of the blue wind storm, broke umbrella, our fault.Now to second umbrella. Arrived same as before - repackaged / hole in plastic sleeve. This time, the item would not fit into the table hole far enough to reach the base. We cut off the "shim" and it slid thru into the base. Opened to check lights, etc. There are 4 different places that have small holes (on a seam, likely the reason it was returned by the previous customer). Will use this through the current season, too much hassle to return but DO NOT BUY. It is a waste of time and $$.First review: fabric, size, solar lights are as described. Main ding is that we bought a new product, it had clearly been returned. The box was retaped, umbrella wasn't in the plastic sleeve (the sleeve had a hole, punched thru by the prior customer, and contained the bottom half of the pole only.)It appears to be ok, but the vendor shouldn't charge new prices for poorly packaged return/restock.Tilt button is a bit too high for practical use, and we're tall. It will require a step stool so we haven't tried it. This was a priority for a replacement umbrella for the site where it will be used. Will edit review after use.

The color is beautiful just like the pictures. The umbrella is perfect just what we wanted. Love the lights at night just enough lights but not too bright that it brings bugs. A little top heavy even with a weighted bag and 100 pounds of sand. We are going to have to get some more weight. We loved this umbrella in fact got so many compliments on it from friends and just ppl walking by our house. It was everything we wanted. We used about 5 to 6 times than snap. The part that keeps it from coming down to fast snapped. Now my kids are afraid to use it. Plus when is snapped my daughter was taking it down and it snapped on her wrist. I was afraid for awhile that she broke it. (the Wrist) I hate that our beautiful umbrella that we loved so much can now only be used by my husband. Looking at other reviews it will be impossible to get a replacement part . The funny thing is I was sitting down today to give it a 5 star rating and talk about how it is perfect. If it had happened a few hours later that is the review you would have seen. Unfortunately it broke before that. If you want a beautiful umbrella but know it will probably break on you this is the perfect umbrella.

Wish I could give a zero! Solar panel lights up in daylight and by night leds are dead crank handle is cheap plastic and the last draw after 6 days pulley snapped and now umbrella won’t open up! Best Chinese products are past the 48 hour window, and I will be contacting my bank to dispute and I will not pay to ship this piece of junk back, and I refuse to let it go. Save yourself a headache and don’t buy!! It flips and wobbles all over the place and is not worth the headache! I want my money back as this is a true lemon of a product.

The plastic retainer which is supposed to hold the lever arm to raise or lower the umbrella broke immediately upon first use when I attempted to lower the umbrella. The retainer should be made of metal, to ensure that the retainer can sustain the weight of the umbrella.

I really like this umbrella and everything was going great until the second day of enjoying we had some moderate wind yesterday and the pole kinked when the wind caught the umbrella! The pole is definitely a thin metal aluminum type material which is why it bent so easily however I didn’t expect it to happen so quickly! Now what am I supposed to do?! An inexpensive umbrella is only a good deal if you don’t have to buy replacement parts less than a week into using it. I’m definitely disappointed but I guess you get what you pay for? I’m just glad no one was hurt.

Bought the model with solar light. I had very high hopes for this umbrella, but unfortunately, the moment I opened it up, the top of the canvas fell off from the pole. The pole is attached to the canvas via a plastic adapter, and that plastic adapter is very fragile. The manufacture should have used metal instead. Had to return it to Amazon.

Box arrived, we set it up, all quite easy.Put it outside through the center of the table & locked it in place.LED's work well, its construction is fairly sturdy, BUT..... the lovely forest green umbrella we purchasedfaded to pale blue within 20 days & continues to do so. I suspect by the end of summer it will be very close towhite.For this reason alone I don't recommend it even though it is well built.I'll give it 2 stars simply because the LED's work it charges up well & is fairly solid construction, not at all worth what they are asking for it price wise.Just for comparison our supermarket 39$ umbrella didn't fade until halfway through its second summer.But 20 Days??, that's just pure BS!!!If aesthetics count for you don't touch this thing with a barge pole....If it were priced at say, $39.99 might be worth it otherwise keep scrolling & searching. So we got this one because we did not want to spend too much, and end up with the wrong size or one that only lasted for one year and have to buy again. We have been pleasantly surprised. The crank up/down mechanism seems much more sturdy that we expected given the cost. The material is thick enough to hold out the sun during our Florida early summer heat---it's been over 90 several days already. We store it in the down position, but sitting in our umbrella stand outside on the porch in the sun.I'd recommend this one to anyone. Right now, I think we are going to get multiple years out of it--I don't see any wear on it at all and we've been using it for a couple months or so, but only crank it up/down every couple of weeks so far given the weather. It seems to be an inch or two smaller than advertised in diameter, but it works for the space. There is a stop to keep you from cranking it too high--seems nothing will happen to that. My guess is that the first thing to go will be whatever is inside that pulls it up, but you can't see that. The pole itself looks nice and classy enough to pass by anywhere. It fits inside our standard diameter umbrella stand.

We ordered this umbrella on July 1st, and less than 3 weeks later it's broken in half. The umbrella itself is in great condition, and the lights work. There is a small metal "button" where the upper and lower half of the umbrella pole connects, and that little metal button broke. I don't know if this is normal for others or just a faulty umbrella. Otherwise, the solar panel is fine and the button to turn the lights on and off works great, the color is a pretty summer aqua that looks great. Just need to get a better way to attach both ends of this umbrella pole together.

Purchased it with a lot of caution not knowing what I was going to get. But the outdoor umbrella is beautiful, looks amazing, easy to install (no tools needed, everything is included), looks sturdy and great value / price . Recommend it thoroughly.However maker sure to get the set of four weights to weigh it down unless you plan to anchor it to the floor.

I was definitely concerned that this umbrella would end up bent or broken based on other reviews. However it's done great in these NE Tennessee mountain winds. We did purchase a 26lb umbrella stand and just slid umbrella thru hole in table and down inside stand. Did Not anchor it down by screwing bolt into side. We felt giving it ability to move/twist when windy would prevent stress and cause it to break. That's worked perfectly so far. We do not leave the umbrella up 24/7. Only when we need it.Easy assembly,may need 2 people if you're short in order to manuver. It's a heavy umbrella and seems of good quality. Love the solar lights as well. Price for a 9ft w/ lights was great.It's been up for about 4 weeks. Will update if need be.

The umbrella was delivered quickly and appears to be great quality for the cost. I had some trouble getting the lights to work at first, not realizing that it needed to be connected. I sent a request for help to the seller and received a response very quickly. It is a great addition to our deck and I am very happy with both the product and the seller.

This umbrella exceeds my expectations! It actually looks like it was meant to go with my patio set. i waited til dusk to show you the lights. The top has small wind vents which I didn’t see in the description, so that’s a nice plus! The fabric is textured and very nice. The mechanism to raise and lower the umbrella works smoothly. This umbrella was very easy to assemble and I loved the color…..BUT, one of the LED lights was out once we allowed it to charge for a day and test it. I followed the manufacturer manual that suggested you should text them to get replacement or fix. I got a response asking for pictures which I sent. After that, nothing. The other issue, as I now see on several other reviews, is the very shabby material. The fabric was frayed in multiple spots. This company obviously does not stand behind their product. There are 20 other companies on here selling very similar umbrellas. I would try your luck with them. This product and company is garbage.Update: I finally got a replacement umbrella and this one was worse than the original. The company ended up refunding me and we’ve moved on. I stand by the fact that the product is garbage, but their customer service finally stepped up. Therefore I added a star to my review.

i spent money on a cheap one and had to return it because was ripped and the lights poor quality. this was was worth the extra money. great quality. nice lights. sturdy too. bought one for my mom too.UPDATE: today is august 8, 2021. Less than 60 days after purchasing and the lights just stopped working. The main reason I bought a more expensive patio umbrella and doesn’t even last the summer. Boooooooo. Now let’s see how customer service responds. Just not the quality I thought & the quality that pitch they’re selling, if it stops working after less than 60 days.

We love the size of this umbrella, and the solar lights. However, it does not fit the opening of our patio table. To be fair, the diameter of the pole (1.9 inches) is given in the product photos; it's my fault for assuming that all poles are the same size. The opening to our table is about 1.5 inches in diameter. We plan to keep it and use it on another area of our patio.

We couldn't be happier with this purchase. The umbrella came packaged well, it was easy to put together and it looks fantastic!! We made sure to fill the sand bags with the right amount of weight to stabilize it and it seems to be sturdy. We've had the wind kick up a few times and it's held up really well-- we do take it down if it's too breezy. It's huge, provides a lot of shade and makes our deck look beautiful. We love that the solar powered lights and the switch on the pole that turns them on. They work beautifully! I thought we might have to install the lights, but all you have to do is attach the 3 solar panels at the top, which is a breeze, and that's it. This is one of my favorite purchases this year.

The media could not be loaded. Replacing and umbrella that got destroyed in a windstorm. Looked very similar but this feels a bit more sturdy. I love the options of the solar lights to give you some light at night- just connect at the top and will soak up the sun all day. A crank and the ability to tilt in a must for me for umbrellas which this has. My last did not have the ability to tie when closed which is great cause it does get awfully windy here and that keeps it intact. Pole is very easy to assemble and just has two pole parts that click together with a metal peg.

My husband purchased this 10ft Solar LED Offset Patio Umbrella for me because I told him that I'd like to get something to get us more shade on our patio. So after I talked to him about that, this patio umbrella shows up a few days later! I am so happy with this patio umbrella. It's nice and big, and we have a small patio, so this large umbrella shades most of our patio now; and another great thing about this umbrella is it has little LED lights on the underside of the umbrella so later in the evening/night time I can turn these LED lights on. They give me a little bit of light, and that's exactly what I like. I don't want it to be brute when I'm outside at night because I would t want it to bother my neighbors, these LEDs give the perfect amount of light, and because this umbrella comes with a small solar panel that goes up on the top of the umbrella, I don't have to worry about cords for the LED lights because they are solar-powered! This patio umbrella is easy to put up and put down, it's just a handle that you spin in one direction for the umbrella to open up and spin the opposite direction for the umbrella to close, and it's very easy to turn. It was very simple to set up this patio umbrella, it only took about ten minutes to set it up, and I only needed one tool, and that tool was included with the umbrella. I highly recommend this patio umbrella for anyone looking for a way to shade their patio.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this umbrella and this company. The solar panel didn't even fit in the hole that it was supposed to and they are not giving me my money back. I want them to take this piece of crap back because it does me no good. Even with the 50 lb weight at the base to hold it down doesn't help which was bought separately. It wobbles in 8 mile per hour winds and the solar panel won't work. They aren't trying to give me my money back and take this piece of crap away. Save yourself and your money it's not worth it

When I got my umbrella, I planned on using it for my end of summer backyard party…the umbrella arrived with a missing solar piece, so I couldn’t use the lights at night. We were so disappointed because it was so expensive. I reached out to the seller, and we went back and forth via email for like a month and a half. They provided me with a new solar piece and gave me back $13. I am very upset about this treatment, especially since it caused so much inconvenience. I had to keep remembering to check my emails in Amazon for a lousy $13. I do not recommend. The umbrella is not even sturdy, even with sand in the base, it knocks over. Bad quality and bad service.

This umbrella is certainly big, easy to assemble and put up. But my lord, even the slightest breeze and this thing is almost sideways!!! It is wobbly and poorly made, and ridiculous. Our base is weighted so it won’t fly away, but it moves SO MUCH it is going to break in a hot second. Unbelievable. Easy to construct, very easy to open / adjust, easy to move by single person. Angle adjustments and rotation work great; I'm glad we got a unit that can rotate as it cuts down on the number of times I have to physically move it. The cover is very well though out with having a rod embedded to make it easier to slip over the top. The fabric feels substantial, so I'm sure it'll hold up a long time in our application (periodic use of only a few hours at a time a few days a week) as it'll be inside the cover most of the time.My only concern is that it seems like between the vertical track slop and the rotation lug slop that there can be fairly substantial left/right movement of the umbrella even in the very light wind we've had so far (it moves almost a full foot left/right). I'm interested to see how the mechanism holds up with it constantly rocking back and forth within the rotational slop. Tighter machining tolerances between the two items wouldve made this appear more solid.

We wanted a shaded patio without having to splurge on a giant retractable awning. This umbrella fit the bill. I like the different angles/positions you can put it in, it literally can cover my whole back patio during the day. It keeps it much cooler than without it. The storage bag is awesome, keeps it all together in one place and it looks expensive that way. The negatives: putting it together is a bit more meticulous than the video made it seem and we did have to use the video since the directions weren't anywhere to be found. You must line up the pieces correctly or it won't work. It is extremely top heavy. It will fall over if you don't secure it. We didn't want to drill into our paver patio and it wouldn't work on our lawnscape (but there are holes in the feet that you could conceivably drive metal stakes into the ground to secure it), so we bought two large sand bags to weigh it down and they work just fine, not the classiest look, but they work! Overall this is a great umbrella, but be aware you'll need to secure it and be precise with assembly.

Right off the bat this umbrella seems great. Super cute solar lights.....two weeks later the material is falling apart!! The sems are coming unraveled. I am having to sew the sems. The areas around the prongs where the material is sewn is ripping at EVERY single sem. You can see light through all of them. At this rate I would be shocked if it lasted even the summer.

On just opening the box the fabric struck me as very much on the cheap side. Bummer. This is what kills the life of an outdoor umbrella. Also fabric edging on the top frayed and top opening just cut, no reinforcement.Pole and ribs seem good. Been cloudy here (WI) so have not been able to check out the lights (which I am excited about and why I decided to go with this umbrella.

This is a follow-up to my initial review rating giving it a 2-star. The SELLER reached out to me to resolve my issue with the umbrella's quality of the rachet mechanism and provided explanation of the LED lights must be fully charge in the sunlight for about 7hrs for it to be brighter. Thus, in my opinion SELLER customer service is outstanding given that they were willing to refund my purchase AND provide a replacement, which impress me. Bottom line: I possibly just happen to receive a defective product as this happens from time-to time; there is no such thing as zero defect when it comes to manufacturing these types of products. SELLER's response was proactive enough to satisfy me by offering an immediate refund and a replacement. My purchase is now refunded and verified... just waiting for a replacement and will take their word for it that the SELLER will send one. To me that's customer service at BEST worth a 5-star.

The lights stopped working after one week. I tried to return, but got rid of the box it came in already. I just put up this umbrella on my backyard deck this evening. The solar circle that goes on top of the umbrella easily snaps in place. The lights under the umbrella are pretty. I bought this umbrella to tilt into the westward sun late in the day. By the time I had installed it I could see if it was blocking the sun properly and it was. It is a nice large umbrella and the crank handle easily opens up the canopy. However the umbrella does twist a little bit in the wind given the size of the canopy. There is a gentle breeze blowing this evening with some gusts but not too bad. I wish the upper mechanism that holds the canopy in place didn’t spin in the wind. As it is it might be OK. I will update my review in the next day or two once I’ve had a chance to use the umbrella for a few days.Edit: I had to mount the back of the mounting bracket directly to a 4 x 4 upright on my deck because the spindle was too narrow and flexible and I was afraid it might break. When I unscrewed the wing nuts from the bolt I noticed rust. I was hoping the bolts would have been galvanized.I also noticed that when there is more than a slight breeze that the top canopy of this umbrella swivels somewhat. So far it hasn’t broken but it does swivel around the centerpoint by more than a few degrees in each direction. I appreciate that this umbrella is very lightweight so it makes tilting the umbrella up and down very easy.Edit 8-20-19 We had a few heavy gusts of wind blow through recently and I was not home to put the umbrella down. These were not storm level wins but more around 12 to 15 mph with gusts slightly higher. One of the supporting ribs detached from the umbrella center point. When the umbrella is fully open it looks like that rib is bent. I have to see if it’s easy to re-insert. If you live near a windy area I would suggest an alternative to this umbrella. Otherwise it’s been working fine and providing a nice shady spot.Edit: June 2020. The umbrella has been out for almost 2 months for the second summer now. The umbrella fabric now has several holes in it. It looks like it has failed in the direct sun.

This is high quality construction and easy to use. The pole is made of a strong metal but THE POLE is just tiny bit TOO BIG for 1.5" holders that are not adjustable and/or made for 1.5" or smaller poles. Easy-to-use would seem redundant but I've examined other market umbrellas and some are oddly difficult to open, tilt and or/lock into the open position and the AOK market umbrella does each of these as easily as one would expect. Early reviewer status means that I rec'd a $3 credit AFTER I'd reviewed this. I HOPE YOU FOUND THIS HELPFUL!

Very disappointed in the quality. We had an umbrella for our patio furniture that was 5 yrs old and we only replaced it because the material looked so worn. We thought we’d try out a different shape (rectangle instead of round) and thought this was a good choice. We bought March 2020 but due to COVID we didn’t put it up since we weren’t having company. Finally put it out about 2 weeks ago and it already broke. And not just broke, the pole just bent over completely and the metal pieces broke off. Unfortunately since we bought it last year it isn’t under and warranty or anything. Don’t waste your money

The umbrella is nice. The lights are actually pretty bright. However, the pole that it comes with is extremely cheap! The smallest gust of wind bent the pole and snapped it in half. I tried contacting the company and no response. Be cautious on the absolutely cheap material the pole is made of. Horrible communication from the company!

I chose this one due to the negative reviews of all other companies. It’s been pretty windy with a lot of rain and I put it down for that for precaution , but happy so far. Denver sun bleaches everything instantly so we scotchguarded and bought the covers since the main selling point was that black matches the trim on our newly painted house. No fading so far and no weird damage like some mentioned. This company was great to do business with. My only gripe is that the stick to hold stability is about eight feet hight and so is the double light switch. It’s not dark yet, so you can’t tell, but the lights are just the right bright and nice you can use one or both. I’ve never seen a black solid market umbrella before. My house is white with black trim, solid black roof, and red brick. It looks très chic with the umbrellas. Just turn the lights on before you raise it unless you’re hiring a basketball player. Also, I had to plug the solar panel in on top-took two seconds, but I would have thought the lights didn’t work. The switch goes to “0” for lights and l to charge. I think my husband manually turns it off in the morning. I love my umbrellas!! So, I bought these in late May or early June. We had a lot of rain during that time so they weren’t installed until about mid-June. So many people complain about the color fading and I was worried about that as well. So here’s the update on September 17th: color is just as vivid black as when I first installed them. We sit in loungers under the lit umbrellas almost every night while the dogs get their before bed romp, and I’m struck every time by how beautiful there

Year old update: This product arrives and sets up very easily! It seemingly is a great quality and looks beautiful! HOWEVER, the lights would not consistently work within the first month. In working w customer service they provided a new solar battery and this did not repair the issue. The solar battery would store during the day and work while sun was out (when you don’t need lights) but not at all in the evening. After working with customer service multiple times they were suggesting that I do some thing on my end that just never worked. I gave up working with the company and just used it without the lights. Last month, without any winds happening and with the umbrella down, the umbrella snapped on the bend in the adjustable pole...Metal pieces came apart. No storm, no wind, and it just snapped. This umbrella is beautiful and seemingly high-quality. However, it just has been a problem for me from the start. In replacing the umbrella, I would not choose this company. Maybe it is a fluke thing but they did not replace the umbrella and make it right from the start.

Only thing we were not impressed and were disappointed in was it was not rain resistant and we had to purchase fabric protector spray. We purchased 2, one red and one black. We received the red and the black will be here in a few days.We ordered two sand bag holders for umbrellas for stabilization and a couple bags of pool sand just to keep steady.Well worth the price, our opinion.

I am so impressed with this umbrella! It came out together besides having to plug in the solar panel on the top, but that was very simple. The amount of light it puts out creates the perfect ambience!! The lights have separate little switches on one of the arms underneath so you can have one or the other on or both at the same time. I love that it tilts and has the crank to lower and raise!!

I wish I could give this product 4.5 stars (or even 5 stars if it would get as much attention for the slight detractors it has) because it really is a great product and great value for the price.The 7.5' umbrella is a great size on our smaller size patio and the green color is lovely and feels true to what we saw in the pictures. The angle feature works easily and feels sturdy as it latches into place when straight upright or tilted in either direction. We haven't had much wind in our area since having it so I don't know about how well it stands up to that yet.We're very picky about the tone of light in our home (prefer warm light to white light) and were concerned about the LED lights being too blue, but they turned out to be perfect. They illuminate everything in a soft and even blue glow that feels more like moon or starlight than your typical bright and harsh LED blue light. Pictures attached for brightness reference.The crank function to open and close the umbrella works well but is the only reason I did detract 1 star. When opening the umbrella, the rope which moves the umbrella support catches slightly on the button which tilts the umbrella. Only a slight annoyance and easily fixed once we figured it out. When closing the umbrella though, the rope seems to have been coiling back on itself (inside of the umbrella shaft) if we don't help to move the support down by hand as we continue to crank the umbrella down. Again, only a slight annoyance once we figured it out but it stands worth mentioning for anyone shopping for a new umbrella (and hopefully save some confusion and having to figure it out on your own for anyone who does choose this umbrella). It would also be nice if it came with a cover for storage, but I'm sure we can find something that will fit/work for it.I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it again!

I couldn’t be more pleased with this umbrella. I assembled it with three clicks, and now my humble urban balcony is a delightful tiki jungle resort. The umbrella is incredibly sturdy (I didn’t buy a stand for it, btw; I just stuck it through the hole in my patio table into a planter pot) and looks just as good as, if not better than, umbrellas folks pay hundreds for. The color (I got the burgundy) is bold and true to the photo. And the solar lights are long-lasting and impressively bright. Super easy and sturdy crank. Durable velcro closure with just one wrap-around. And the stand TILTS!Props, also, to the reviewer here who noted that the solar mechanism is packed in the bottom of the box. That probably saved me a good 10 minutes of puzzling.Absolutely 1000000% recommend this product. It’s not just good for the price—it’s worth every penny I paid and more.

Excellent quality all around. So sturdy. Lights are great. Zero issues. there's nothing hard about setting it up - you just have to connect the plug at the end of the wires into the solar panel. My 7-year-old could easily do it. Just look at the top of the umbrella and connect it.There are umbrellas that are less expensive, but I knew I made the right decision as soon as this came out of the box. It screams sturdiness and high quality. My handyman (who was doing other work on my deck) just kept saying "wow" as I put this up. He's certainly seen many patio umbrellas in his life.This is a very different kind of patio umbrella than the cheap ones. I'd believe it cost three times as much. It does what it is suppose to do. The LED lights are a nice feature. We purchased three of these to replace ones that we purchased at Costco. My wife wanted the LED lights. The sunbrella fabric is not as thick. The pipe is not as thick. This biggest issue is when the umbrella is down the handle is not exposed. It is under the umbrella. You have to reach under it and crank it a few times before you have easier access to the handle. On the last one we purchased the hand crank is extremely hard to turn when lowering the umbrella. There are end pieces are located in the middle braces and arms that protect the metal from tearing the fabric. Several of them have fallen off and we have lost a few. We apply gorilla glue when reinserting the end pieces. I attached a picture of the piece that is falling off. The hand crank that is hard to turn. The hand crank which is under the umbrella.

They sent new umbrella without being asked said to keep the one I had. Two days later I did some more checking and it works. I contacted company asked them to not send replacement, they did anyway. I offered to pay for the additional umbrella. Jordon my contact stated No payment is required. You just don’t find companies very often that treat there customers that professionally .

We bought a 9' LeConte umbrella at the same time and zero issues with that one. This LeConte cantilever umbrella has the same nice, durable material as the 9'.However, the lower portion of the triangle used to adjust it up and down is made of plastic. Evidently, very cheap plastic. The very first day we had it up the very light breeze we had that day caught the umbrella and twisted the above mentioned plastic part and snapped it. Not a good first impression. We sent it back.A day or two after I sent it back I received an email from the company offering I could keep my broken umbrella and they'd send me a new one for free...no strings attached. Until, a few days later after I'd agreed to accept their replacement umbrella...then they asked if I could change my review. I'd already thought I might or at least modify my review once the new umbrella arrived and was used outside for more than a day.***Update*** it's been approximately three weeks, no umbrella, no tracking number as promised right away, no more emails and someone deleted the one's they sent. Suspicious.

Very sturdy and well built frame, but fabric FADES!!! After 3-4 weeks in the sun in March this originally green umbrella is almost white. If we wanted a white umbrella we wouldn’t have bought a green one. Even if it had stayed green for 6 months to a year we may have been ok with this $80+ umbrella. It also has a steel pole that will most likely rust- should have looked into that too and opted for an aluminum one. For $25 more we are already replacing this umbrella with a green one with sumbrella non-fade 5 year guarantee and an aluminum pole. Hurts to learn the hard way and throw $80 away. Wish manufacturer guaranteed this original one against quickly fading.

The lights are working, though they are not super bright. They are bright enough to light the table and see each other at night, not bright enough to light up the patio or deck like LED lights. We use it over a 6 x 3 table and it provides shade for all. What I do like about this umbrella is that it has not blown away, or attempted to blow away. We put a screw through the heavy base holder (not included) and the bottom of the umbrella. We did this to our other umbrellas, but they would still blow over and take the table down with them. The winds on our deck can get pretty crazy sometimes, but this one has stood up to it so far. We keep it slightly below it's full height so the wind can blow through it and it has been working pretty well! The color is nice. The fabric is kind of thin and there were several threads hanging that needed to be trimmed, but overall, it does what it is supposed to do, is fairly lightweight and the price was very reasonable for an umbrella with lights, vents and that tilts as needed to block the sun! The construction seems pretty solid. We like it very much and are considering purchasing another one.

First, the (only) positive is that this is as BIG umbrella and just what we wanted and provides good shade from the sun. Now for the not-so-good things...Umbrella is pretty unstable and rocks about a lot. The three-tiered canopy seems like a good idea, but some of the material on the layers gets caught up when opening it up and one of the straps was broken. No big deal, but a pain nonetheless. Also, the biggest and main downside for us, it is NOT waterproof!! All umbrellas I have owned in the past have been, so it was a surprise when we found out that this umbrella wasn't. This is a big problem for us since we like to sit outside a lot, even if there is a passing rain shower.I would not buy this again.

Recently made this purchase to replace, our old, red, faded 6 x 6 ft umbrella. This umbrella is much nicer than expected. After doing much research, I knew I wanted an umbrella that was not round, or square. Living in North Texas, the mid day heat, can really be miserable without shade. I know most fabric does fade in the sun and this is one reason I purchased the blue color. I figured, that if it fades to a light blue, or white, it would look like clouds! How happy! However, to extend the life of the umbrella, I do take it down when not using it. It is so effortless to attach/reattach and I just stick it in the corner of my porch, when not in use. I was happily surprised to see two separate switches, which control two different light options! (See pics). Wow, was I impressed. The light is not harsh and is just bright enough to be able to enjoy a game of cards with friends at night. The two lighting options, gives you enough subtle light and the option to give just a liiiiiitle extra, if desired. (see photos). The crank mechanism, is much smoother that my last $60 umbrella and the tilt mechanism is the same. The solar battery is a Lithium Ion battery that fits only my Nitecore D2 charge, due to its size. However, the solar panel works fine. My only little gripe, is that I wish the solar panel had a stronger, twisting locking mechanism. I am using the Abba Patio Umbrella Base to hold it. Overall, this umbrella is well built, easy to use, easy to detach/reattach to pole. I would absolutely purchase again!Update: I purchased this in 2018 and now it is summer 2021 and still going strong! A little faded in the Texas heat(last photo), but I don’t care. Using a water filled base helps keep it in place, when not in the table. Would still purchase again!

I got this umbrella and was initially pleasantly surprised at its durability and functionality. It provides great coverage and the lights are really super in the evening, providing a lovely glow and ambiance to our deck. The aqua blue is a very summery color and really adds a great punch of color to things. Easy to crank up and down. We can't quite close it 100%, as the arms are a bit longer than our table is high, but i can close about 95% of the way, which is just fine.However, after just 2 weeks it already broke, as one of the "arms" of the umbrella snapped in an extremely small amount of wind. While I realize the instructions indicate that you should close the umbrella when it's windy, you really can't have this open even in the slightest bit of wind. Disappointing to say the least.On the other hand, I cannot say enough nice things about the seller, as we had a bit of an issue with the original umbrella we received, which was quickly and easily resolved....and with a smile. Yet now I'm stuck with a broken umbrella, along with the original defective one.

Edit: broke in lightest wind due to poor design.After scouring the web for replacement rectangular patio umbrellas w solar lights, I decided on this one and am glad I did. It's seems very sturdy, and unlike the unit it replaced, the umbrella canvas/material stays connected with the ribs when collapsed (the pockets of the old unit were not very deep and the ribs constantly came out of the corners/sides when closed).The illumination is great, and I was surprised to find that even the runner housed a ring of lights...we did not see that in the description and assumed only the ribs would have lights. The rib lighting and the runner lighting are individually switched, so you can choose which lights are going to be on. Neat set up with the switch at the end of the corner rib, too.All in all, very happy with the purchase. If it lasts at least a few years, I feel that we got our money's worth.

Loved it for three weeks... had it up on HOT sunny days, excellent shade, easy to rotate and change tilt.Today weather shows 6 mph gusts... maybe it got up to 8 mph?whatever; the umbrella flipped over tearing out two seams and ripping a hole where it hit a roof flashing! It is so heavy i had to hire help to set it up, and called helper back today to help pick it up off deck floor.I verified that the Purple Leaf enormous base was still topped off with water; the gusts are still nothing more than a breeze. I am heart sick at spending $600- using it for less than a month and only on occasions that I was home with little to no wind.The base the umbrella comes with: either bolt it down to the floor or toss it out.Fill the Purple leaf with sand? yes heavier... the hole is small... and in future you want to empty it? how? small hole... heavy... is sand heavy enough? or does it really need to be bolted to floor?ANOTHER THING: the delivered package was missing parts... washers and bolts/screws -Reported to the seller but never heard back... finally did it myself: it took many trips to hardware store to find proper bolts to fix it to the base...I feel devastated... this was going to be a great solution to hot sun beaming into sliding glass doors and it was super wonderful for the few times I used it successfully.

I read all the other reviews and spent a good amount of time researching before buying. I chose this umbrella because a guy had a really nice video showing how easy it was to set up and the heavy duty quality of the construction. I live at the beach and it gets very windy. I also chose because it has the rotating 365 degree option. Out of the box everything looked great and set up was very easy! I bought the purple leaf base you definitely need a base whether you are in a windy place or not. The umbrella has a very nice tiered canopy that lets air flow and it can be titled up to 90 degrees to act like a sun screen when the sun is really low. Fabric is good and the steel frame and the steel umbrella construction is top notch. Make sure you remove all the protective pads and tape under inside the umbrella before trying to crank all the way open. While sturdy, its so big we cannot use in strong winds. A very nice cover comes with the umbrella with a rod that helps you reach high up to put it on and it covers the steel support and umbrella. Again...buy the base ($70) that matches the umbrella you definitely need it.

At first I was hesitant on spending such a large amount of money on an outdoor umbrella. I have owned a few and normally throw them away after a year or two. This umbrella is a complete game changer, and I love it. It has two handles that help you move the umbrella into almost any direction to block the sun. My backyard faces South, so the sun sits ontop of me almost all day. I was able to sit on my patio all day and only adjusted the umbrella 3 times. Since I live by the water, I do have a fair amount of wind come through and the umbrella holds up rather nicely. I did spend the extra money and bought the holder that came with the umbrella and suggest that you do also. The holder helps the umbrella move from left to right when needed

If you're hesitant to purchase because of the price, but yet you're torn because you need a good, quality umbrella...just get it. I went round and round before purchasing, but I'm so happy we made the investment.There's a previous review that talks about tips when putting the umbrella together...read it for sure. The installation insructions are very minimal, so we missed the part about installing the LED part first. We ended up just using a ladder to attach it. You also want to make sure you remove ALL the protective packaging on the interior of the fabric or else you won't be able to fully open the umbrella.We had zero lighting on our deck and so the LED light feature is AMAZING. Update: looks brand new after removing the cover from its winter sleep. The square version is so elegant.I under estimated the size of this umbrella. It’s huge and I am very glad I bought the purple leaf stand that goes with it, perfect fit. I’m glad I measured my patio which is 10 feet wide. Be sure you have plenty of room to swing it around and open and close it. I have to swing it around to close it because of my patio furniture. This is no problem because it rotates very easily around my patio. I have utilize the cantilever to shade my garden during the hot summer heat wave.

When this arrived, the tent/canvas had some holes. We went through the return process with Amazon and they were very helpful and responsive. Before we actually returned it, my husband decided to contact Purple Leaf. They were SO helpful. We sent pictures and order information and they sent a new tent/canvas without any question. I would highly recommend this umbrella - we have thoroughly enjoyed it and hope to continue for a long time. It's easy to use and very effective. And it looks very nice on our patio. I also recommend because both Amazon and Purple Leaf were GREAT to work with us when there was a problem.

The physics of this set up just did not seem to work; the umbrella is like a fully-unfurled sail on the ocean. Even with weights on the bottom, and inserted into a table, it falls over in any kind of moderate breeze. I’m going to try putting it in a heavier table; but I have to buy the table 1st. That wasn’t in my original plan.

Update. Down to 4 stars- I still really like it but the cantilever locking mechanism slides down when it gets hot out.I have seen a couple reviews where they complain about the base, but if you are just going to build it into a wall (what I did) or put it in concrete in the ground this is the one. And honestly if I may suggest--skip the $500 ones and pay someone to install it. Mine is in the wall, collared at the top so it can't come out, resting on the base so it can swivel 360 degrees. If I didn't have a handy wall, I'd have put it in concrete in the ground but in that case I'd be more limited in my swivel.Cheap, sturdy, easy to use, the lights are built into the rails, and they stay on all night from a charge.Reasons it doesn't get 5 overall (the solar panel is really hard to put in (enough that I was worried I would break it putting it in) and the color is off. I ordered Maroon, and its closer to Ferrari red. Shrug. When the material dies in the AZ sun I'll pick a fabric in the exact color I want and use the frame.

Came quickly, Super easy to assemble. I connected the solar cable, screwed the solar panel to the top, connected the poles and it was ready to put up! The lights came charged which was a happy surprise as we were able to use it right away. The umbrella lights are plenty bright to enjoy a summer night outside. Our old umbrella didn't have lights so I used the LED umbrella disc light seen in the pictures. This works great to add a little bit more light if needed but it's battery operated so I prefer to use the solar powered lights more often. The fabric of the umbrella is slightly reflective and the 9ft span is larger than most patio umbrellas which helps shade throughout the day as the sun moves. I'm so pleased with this purchase. I will say the pole is made of a lighter aluminum that I has hoping for but it seems to be holding up, even in moderate gusts of wind. I also wish the fabric vents in the top were larger so it wouldn't catch the wind as much which shakes the table a little. Still, overall it seems this umbrella will do the job. It functions amazingly for the price.

This umbrella is just what I was looking for. The lights charge quickly and have lasted as long as I needed so far.. They give off a pretty good amount of light too. The only complaint is that there isn't a tie to hold it together when lowered. The wind can still get under the fabric and it moves around a lot.

NOTE - this umbrella doesn’t come with a T bar base unit and this umbrella pole bar is oversized so it won’t fit your normal patio base unit or patio table hole. See picture of pole diameter it about 2.5 inches so if your patio table has the diameter of 2.5 inch or your patio base unit can hold a 2.5 inch diameter umbrella pole, it’s a great buy! Light switch is conveniently placed in the center of the pole. The umbrella has 3 solar charging unit on top of each umbrella. Once installed it sturdy but you will need to buy a sand bag to secure the bottom of the pole. Again this umbrella doesn’t come with T bar base unit. UPDATED 8/16/21 - Well, I finally was able to get the umbrella set up after receiving instructions from the mfr. While the umbrella did not stand up with the provided base, I purchased the rolling base from Purple Leaf and it now seems VERY stable, rolls well, swivels well. And the customer service (that occurred presumably from my review since I didn't call) was exceptional. They followed up to see if I figured it out and it was working, sent instructions and videos. My rating would be a 5* if I didn't have to ask for instructions. A large printout like what was sent to me should be in the box and the video link was very helpful and could also be provided.ORIGINAL REVIEW - Well, as other have said the instructions are crap. It took so much longer putting it together than it should have while trying to figure out the picture instructions which were very confusing. I think the manufacturer should say that the included cross stand will NOT hold the umbrella up WITHOUT being weighted down or bolted to the ground. I thankfully ordered the rolling base which I'm waiting for so I won't be using it until that arrives since it won't stand up and I don't want to anchor it. Other than instructions and the inability to use it out of the box (without bags of sand or anchoring), I can't give it a 5*...but it seems sturdy so we'll see.

I don’t love anything about this umbrella except the actual ability to block the sun and the color. We’ve never been able to get the LED lights work despite trying every which way it says on the directions. It is also a pain to put it up and down. Nothing about it is easy. It’s fine once it’s up but you can’t just leave it up all the time.

I had this umbrella up 3 times and then the string broke and was un-usable (thankfully Amazon allowed me to return it) .... over all, it is a very cheap feeling umbrella ... make of thin nylon ... feel like it would not even last the whole summer season ... you can crank it all the way up and then keep going to make the umbrella tilt a bit (like others) .. but I found that even without cranking it all the way up, the umbrella started to tilt on its own ... cheaply made .. I know "what did you expect for $100?" ... I thought I could get away with it .. I ended up buying a replacement one for $300 from ProShade that is much more strider and made of cloth (Amazon used to sell ProShade umbrellas, but sadly out of stock .. I had to go to the company's web site itself) ... stay away from this product, not worth the hassle

Foolishly we bought 2 of these back early summer. The LED lights never did work properly. We reported and mfg. got back to us and informed us to purchase new batteries and go from there. We did. Putting new batteries into the LED's did not help. At first lights would stay on for about 1 hour then off. Evidently the solar on the top does not work either. They said they would replace but we never did hear another word and of course we were long past the date to return. Their lack of prompt assistance took care of that. The umbrellas did look good for a bit but now they are faded and will need to be replaced next spring not with this vendor. A real disappointment.
